Tracy Chiles McGhee is an accomplished professional with a multifaceted background in project management, communications, fundraising, development, and marketing. A graduate of Georgetown University and the Catholic University of America Law School, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. With a strong track record in driving successful programs, brands, and campaigns catering to diverse audiences, Tracy has carved out a reputation as a leader who brings a strategic, creative mindset to her work.

Tracy’s professional prowess stems from over a decade of experience in various sectors including legal, social policy, non-profit, government, and business. This diverse background equips her with a unique perspective and ability to generate innovative ideas, which she expresses through engaging and effective content.

Adding to her achievements, Tracy is a 9X award-winning author and the Co-Founder of LEAP for Ghana, an international literacy program. She is also the founder of My Published Book, a boutique publishing firm based in Washington, D.C.
